location: the hotel was close enough to iimori slope, which is connected to goryu snow resort via the chairlift, taxi and restaurant and hakuba 47 with the gondola. i was upgraded to a warm a double room with air con.

The property has an absolutely incredible location, adjacent to the restaurants and escal plaza there. Also, it's located 1 mile from Hakuba Goryu Snow Resort.

Great location at the base of the ski lifts, comfortable and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, delicious and generous meals, beautiful mountain views.

This hotel's location is excellent for those who enjoy skiing as it's situated right beside the lift and slope. You won't be disappointed with the closeness to slopes, making your journey to skiing areas minimal. The staff members are very helpful and give great advice on ski rentals. Finally, the hotel's infrastructure is nicely made with room having large space and up to date décor.

The restaurant choices in the area were scarce as most closed early, creating difficulties for dining arrangements.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with information about ski rental and even ordering taxis for us. The hotel is located very close to the ski slopes, just a minute away from the chairlift and you can even check the snow from your window. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view to the slope. The hotel facilities were great, with a small bar at the entrance and a games room. Additionally, we enjoyed the free coffee and juice and toast they offered us in the morning.

Located in a prime area for skiing and snowboarding, with rentals nearby and staff who speak English. the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with transportation needs, restaurant recommendations, lift tickets, and even rental equipment if needed. Breakfast is tasty and filling enough for a day out on the slopes.

The location is a bit isolated from restaurants and activities, so a taxi or a fair amount of walking is required to get to the nearest options. In the evening, it can be difficult to find dining options unless you prepare ahead of time.

Although the hotel's location was great for skiing and snowboarding, it was a bit far from most of the restaurants in the area. We had to rely on taxis to get around and find places to eat.

Conveniently located right at the base of the ski lifts, it was just a few steps out the door and onto the slopes. The staff at Sun Valley Hotel Annex were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breathtaking view of the mountains from my room was truly amazing. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Sun Valley Hotel Annex.
